An email with a comparison sheet: 3 factories, each with company profile, main products, capacity, certifications, estimated price range, lead time, and our notes on fit. Plus links to our on-site photos.
We introduce you directly to the sales manager (usually via WeChat / email / video call). You ask for samples, negotiate, and decide. We stay in the loop if you want us to.
Once you place an order, our end-to-end agent service kicks in: sample follow-up, production monitoring, pre-shipment inspection, shipping coordination. 5% of order value.
